      RJ Young is a great place to work because of its culture. Employees are valued and encouraged to do their best and to offer ideas and suggestions when something isn't working. It is a community focused company that gives back and is involved. It is a profitable company giving security and good benefits.

      Cons

      Growing pains of moving from being primarily a copier dealer to having a full business technology solutions offering.

      - Everyone is very kind and welcoming - After working retail customer service for years, it is very refreshing to work a customer service job that has consistent hours and a great team to help support you.

      Cons

      - Some of the software we have to use to work, tend to have issues but that comes with most jobs that use any kind of software
