      Current and up to date technology, dead stop there.

      Cons

      Management constantly looking over your shoulder. Lack of any leadership. Very hostile environment. Lack of respect. Constantly timed and watch on every ticket. Boss will be calling repeatedly if you do not respond immediately. High turnover at a small shop. Don't work here.

      Pros

      Smart people, some genuinely care about the job and their co-workers.

      Cons

      Toxic and predatory management. A few bad employees with impunity ruin it for everyone else. Ignored red flags in the interview and the red flag reviews here, and paid the price. Learn from my mistakes and steer clear.
