Pros
Work environment (other than management) is actually great. Most co-workers get along great, joke around, but work gets done. Afternoon shift is by far the better shift to work for (because there's no management) because of the staff and the Supervisor; whom is amazing... and there's no management.
- Job itself (low volume / high quality CCD cameras for Dalsa)
- Spare time in between cycle times are on average 3 - 15 minutes running only one machine.
- Afternoon shift supervisors make it fun to come to work.
Cons
- Management
- High Turnover (not joking... most actually quit because of management and overall disorganization)
- Disorganization (because of management which will actually blame workers for the disorganization)
