      A lot of favoritism many people will get paid more than you while doing way less work than you . You will get overworked without compensation

      Pros

      Everyone you work with is no nice. They let you grow and do what you like and working with the clients for their special event makes it all worth it.

      Cons

      You have to be able to have flexible hours. Job requires you to work weekends, but since this is the case it's not strictly 9-5 during the week.
