Pros
I currently work full-time at RK Stratman and it is such an excellent company! Everybody works together as a team, and management is always looking for ways to keep employees motivated and enhance the work environment. This is a family owned business, and they treat all employees as they are part of the RK Stratman family. Overall, I am extremely lucky to have the opportunity to work for such an amazing company and I couldn't be happier!
Cons
It's hard to find a con to list about this company. As with any job, there are stressors but RK Stratman works through all hard times as a team. It's hard to find anything to complain about when a company works so hard to accommodate their employees and maintain a positive work environment.
