      API is worst system, management always focus on your weak points and they given by your head and directors. so you have to do sycophancy of your head and director for your yearly increment. and too much extra work there. no job security.

      Pros

      RK University has been the pioneer in developing the skills of professors in activity-based learning. It has put a lot of effort into training the staff for Learning Experience Design. Outcome-based Curriculum design. etc. If you are a fresher and don't know much about teaching pedagogy, the seniors will help you execute various activity-based learning strategies in the class.

      Slow salary growth and the poor quality of students at the main campus.

      salary is low and language problem with students as most of them are gujaratis
