Avoid at all costs - Anonymous employee RKD Group Employee Review

Non existent work life balance. I was expected to work holidays without being paid overtime. Lots of 12-14 hour days. My manager would disappear and didn’t have a clue what was going on. When I was hired It took 2 full months to get my first assignment. I got 0 feedback on all my work. In the 6 months I was there I worked on 3 projects. That’s it. The company is absolutely clueless.
