Pros
The company has a flexible schedule, it is a family oriented business and the owner is amazing. He truly cares about his employees
Cons
As in all company environments there is a serious lack of communication and a whole lot of finger pointing. The defined duties of the divisions with in the company depends on who is interpreting it. The compliance division does as much accounting as the accountants due and in the midst of a software conversion the workflow process are very non descript. Each department and all employees of that department need to be a part of the processes of setting up the software. Raises after you are hired are few and far between.
