      Pros

      People that I work with are nice.

      Cons

      They lie about everything. They promised pay raises and did not give them. They promised bonuses and never gave them. They claim work life balance but in reality they changed the full week of sick time to 13.5 hours! And now PTO is being reviewed so they will probably take that too. If you dont work overtime as a salaried employee you are accused of not carrying your equal load. This company is buying up small businesses and destroying them. They are growing to fast and can not keep up.

      Great experience working with different test methods, i.e Caltrans, ASTM, etc.

      None - if I could give this company a negative stars I would.

      Cons

      Upper management doesn't care about who you are what you have to say or think. They will not give you the tools you need to be successful at your job. There is no training so if you are new to the industry I urge to try elsewhere. Whatever they teach you is wrong. VP of operations hires all of their family members to do absolutely nothing but collect a paycheck.
