      Azienda con mezzi economici pressochè illimitati

      Cons

      Cultura aziendale ottocentesca, comanda il figlio del padrone fondatore, le persone trattate come oggetti. Manager inesistenti, tutto gira attorno a quanto si è amici o parenti "della famiglia". Solidarietà fra colleghi pressochè nulla.

      colleghi, mensa, lavanderia,orari. pulizia generale e zone comuni.

      Cons

      Stabilizzazione contrattuale dei lavoratori, molti ancora con cooperative. Ho di va bene o sei fuori.
