-not a software company it's an offshore company working in software industry ....got my point ! ;P - you are a resource owned by the client and he can kick u in any time ! -u have only 7 days vacation !!....ye , that the price u pay for the flexible hours !!!!!!!! - bad projects with bad management for bad clients...only RMGS accept his kind of projects -no vision , career path , Management hierarchy. -family business owned by one person the big boss -there is something suspicious with the legality of this company , u will never get a copy of ur contract .....guess why !!
