Firstly, we’d like to clarify that RMK does not manage any Section 8 housing in Wisconsin. We believe in providing a wide range of housing options to cater to diverse demographics. However, the inclusion of Section 8 housing within our portfolio is not currently a part of these offerings. We would be grateful if you could update that detail in your review for accuracy. It is indeed accurate that being a part of our team means contributing to collective work to meet our goals and timelines. We strive to foster a supportive and cooperative work environment where every member plays an integral part in driving efficiency and productivity. This philosophy has essentially proven to provide the backbone of our success. With regards to familiarizing oneself with RMK's mission, story, and purpose, these key aspects are readily available for review on our official website. We view transparency as a critical component of our organizational culture, which is why we actively share this information with all team members and our valued clientele. Speaking to your point about the use of Yardi software, we have implemented, it as it is considered one of the most common and user-friendly leasing software programs in the industry. We understand that it might pose a learning curve to some, but we remain steadfast in our commitment to providing ample training and support to navigate this system effectively. As part of our commitment to providing excellent customer service, our leasing agents are required to work on weekends. This is a detail that we emphasize during our interview processes and we work diligently to ensure all prospective employees are aware and agreeable to this condition. However, recognizing the importance of work-life balance, we strive to offer our leasing agents a weekend off where possible. We appreciate your honest reflections and hope that this response provides accurate insights into our company policies and processes.
