The team is relatively small and spread across the U.S., so as an intern, the experience is different from a traditional corporate‑style internship.

I’ve really enjoyed being part of the RMW Accounting Miami office. The team is genuinely collaborative. People are approachable, supportive, and willing to jump in to help each other. The office itself is in a fantastic South Miami location. We’re in a brand-new space in the middle of a vibrant, walkable neighborhood with great restaurants, coffee spots, and plenty of places to work out. It makes coming into the office enjoyable. What’s been most exciting for me is that we’re still in a growth phase. It feels like getting in early at a company with strong national backing. There’s real opportunity to help shape the direction of the Firm, contribute to strategy, and work closely with colleagues across the country. Your ideas are heard, and your impact is visible.
