People-first firm - Operations Intern RMW Accounting Employee Review

I am impressed with the way Corp HQ works with leadership across all offices in transitioning into one Firm. A lot of work is happening but that's expected with all the growth over the last year. RMW provides generous medical benefits, 401k matching, PTO and Sick time off to name a few.

Not really a negative but the change from a couple of years ago to today is incredible. So happy I stuck around to see the growth/maturity of RMW and to be part of it all.

I’ve really enjoyed being part of the RMW Accounting Miami office. The team is genuinely collaborative. People are approachable, supportive, and willing to jump in to help each other. The office itself is in a fantastic South Miami location. We’re in a brand-new space in the middle of a vibrant, walkable neighborhood with great restaurants, coffee spots, and plenty of places to work out. It makes coming into the office enjoyable. What’s been most exciting for me is that we’re still in a growth phase. It feels like getting in early at a company with strong national backing. There’s real opportunity to help shape the direction of the Firm, contribute to strategy, and work closely with colleagues across the country. Your ideas are heard, and your impact is visible. It’s a great environment for someone who wants both growth and meaningful involvement in building something long term.
