Supportive Work Environment - Business Support Manager RNS Health Care Services Employee Review

The pro for me was to be able to go home after work and know that I was a person who cared about people even if RNS as a company doesn't.

Toxic management. The highest turnover I've ever experienced and I worked in fast food for many years before RNS. Rude/ entitled psw's who didn't show any compassion for clients and complained about supporting clients that were incontinent!! I'm sorry.. didn't you choose your job as a psw? There were more entitled psw's than good ones. I won't even talk about management. There are managers there that are so rude to both internal and external clients/ staff. The job outline and responsibilities of a care coordinator are so numerous that it is beyond comprehension how a company expects staff to fulfill them daily. Constant meetings where I would wonder if we were actually getting any direction and what the point of the meetings were each time. In the meantime, calls are coming in like crazy and we had to keep leaving the meetings to answer calls because the company can't seem to understand how to have a back up person or system to allow calls to be answered and employees to be part of their mandatory meetings in order to discuss business matters but the first 10 -15 mins of the meetings were always the dumbest with managers talking about the weather and small talk that had nothing to do with work, meanwhile the phones are ringing of the hook!
