Pros

Started off in a year contract position, and a full time opportunity came up before my time was complete. The team I work with is great! They do what they have to do to get the job done. Communication among teams is as often as you want. Everyone is open and accessible to discuss issues, problems and ideas.

Cons

The standard grey office decor is drab, but that is slowly changing. Lots of great light in the head office in Milton. Its not a tech company with all of those type of perks, but the fresh fruit weekly is a great idea! Having the head office in Milton, which is about 35 mins from downtown isnt great for foodies and cafe lovers, but not having to drive through rush hour traffic on the Gardiner is a plus.
