The investment to deliver great business in the UK, with people who really want to succeed - great facilities and opportunities to develop and grow in the business are really good and growing all the time.
Cons
A small group of management who just cannot manage - no leadership - listening skills not so good - a dysfunctional organisation and very frustrating.
