      Pros

      People are great, easy to take paid holidays, good pay and support, overtime limited but properly payed, so unique compared with other Japanese company

      Cons

      Some department got bit harsher working environment than others (overtime n stuff), but overall people still great

      Friendly officemates, many company event and programme that make the employer healthy ans happy. The employer is rotated to other division to improve skills.

      Cons

      All in Japanese language so is is challenging for foreigner.
