Pros
I've never been treated so great by an employer. They are incredibly flexible with my school schedule, and they pay way more than minimum wage. They're a little selective with who they hire, and you kind of have to have an in with someone who works there to get a job. The people are so nice, and it's just a great work environment.
Cons
With covid, it's been tough to get the hours that I want, but it's the retail industry so I can't really complain.
