Pros

I found RORE; the employees, management and the corporate culture to provide a dynamic, thriving and rewarding opportunity to expand and sharpen my professional acumen and expertise. I started with RORE when they were 8a and followed the company through the years of embracing growth and the cultural shift to larger and more challenging projects. I appreciated the Woman-Owned business outlook of the company and the opportunity to work in that forward-thinking structure on projects in California and Washington

Cons

As the company expands the layers between the employee and have always been few and the transparency has been valuable. I hope the company continues to provide a clear line of communication to all employees; going forward, as it has in the past. I have no real issues; as I believe that a person gets out of a business/work relationship; what they put into it.
