      Streamlined communication, quick turn arounds, fun and fast energy, creative thinkers, competitive salaries, and strong office culture. I've worked at a dozen creative offices in LA and have yet to feel as home as I have at ROSEWOOD

      open office space full of cool, kind people can occasionally distract you.

      Well informed of deadlines and customer feedback, great pay, they are willing to figure out what works for you.

      Not a lot of senior leadership which can be a pro and a con. No Group Creative Director, Head of Brand, or Head of Production.
