Have a word around the market or former employees before considering this firm. Leaderboard of your hours will be sent to peers and a toxic culture based on both overt and covert bullying. Encouraged to inflate hours, for below market pay (50-60k) due to firm losing panel appointments and clients being aware of ongoing cultural issues / the haemorrhaging of talent. Partners imo are overworked, underpaid and unhappy (e.g. see headshots). Predatory treatment of those from upwardly mobile backgrounds or poor attainment who think they are in luck with an international name and that this is normal (it isn't!).
