Pros
RPI offers a lot of flexibility with a great combination of office culture and team building mixed with the ability to work remotely and on your schedule. Very open culture - as a more junior employee I still have direct access to the partners and feel my perspective and opinions are valued. RPI is about finding the right people and then finding the right position/training/skills to help them thrive.
Cons
As a growing company, there are definitely road bumps within the organization - specifically with consistency across messaging and deliverables. To be expected as our employees span many states and we are growing at a fast rate. Still exciting to be a part of this chapter in an organization.
