      Family feel work environment Good money for serving Hours are not horrible for serving Get to try all food/drinks to better know them

      Cons

      Stressful from disorganization Support staff can be lacking Bar can take a while to make drinks Host team is very young and inexperienced

      One of the best and extensive education programs, Competitive salary.

      Poor Managament, Favoritism, Selective, Unfair sections, no growth improvement, high turnover rate. Sharky environment
