Pros
I was employed at the time of COVID-19. As a junior BA, this is a good place to learn finance and tech/products. You learn the products by doing testing and writing requirements documents.
Cons
Got acquired by Broadridge around 2017-19 so the company culture changed and many positions are outsourced now from India. As BAs, half our work was QA testing which made this role stressful and tiring. Low pay for amount of work and industry average.
