Pros

There are not any pros.

Cons

You know the feeling in your gut tells you not to walk down the dark alley at night? That's what working for this "company" felt like. They're based in Port St Lucie, Florida (what?), but everyone you talk to is an avatar in the Philippines. You might think it's easy working for avatars, but damn - they'll message you constantly and try and push you into a 9-5 schedule when they're literally paying you pennies. I don't know what their end game is, but I wouldn't suggest being a part of it.

Pros

I have only had great experiences while working for RPM Web Media. I have been employed for a few weeks now and the environment is always positive and welcoming. The owner and the other team members are always available for any questions I have about the project I'm working on. Overall a great company and I look forward to continuing my employment with them!

Cons

I have not had any issues with the company at all!

Pros

I've been working for RPM for several years and have been extremely pleased working with the company pretty much full-time as a freelancer. To the reviewer who noted that it seemed scammy--it's not. The ownership and admins are extremely honest and are looking for reliable freelance writers and editors they can count on. The company specializes in SEO content writing and has many contract accounts all over the US and Canada and quite a few abroad. The content is at different levels, from entry-level basic webpage copy to more advanced research articles for skilled copywriters. Pay rates vary. The application process is to send writing samples first. If they pass muster, then the company pays for you to write an assignment, which is evaluated on following directions, writing skills, and content.

Cons

Compensation varies based on the level of the assignment, so the lower levels don't pay as well.
