Lots of smart worker bees creating amazing products. Not much overtime required, the office is almost always empty by 5pm Fair pay
Cons
The CEO is going to sell off the IP and it's imminent, get busy leaving if you rely on your salary to care for your family. Powerful old boys club employing mates at mates rates. Bad for woman, misogyny is rife.
