-Good overall and the people are nice -co-workers are supportive -social events are great

-The type of work the company does involves above average stress levels -very rare for someone to actually get promoted up the ranks but that's common for most corporations so if you are even a little bit ambitious, you should aim to go to another company after two or three years -no training opportunities for employees but most companies are like that now
