      Pros

      I had been with RPS for 1 year, It was a nice experience, provided multiple onsite opportunities, friendly management, arrange initial accommodation for those who come from other countries. Apart from that the company have big list of client tele all over the Sweden, provides opportunity to work with various technologies and domains.

      Cons

      Frankly, I did not see any issue.

      - Fast Visa process - Direct interaction with management

      Cons

      - Other than the salary negotiation you will never see the employer again - No get ogther , no team lunch, no activities - You know that you are employed with this company only when the salary is credited
