      Pros

      Any individual can have impact Direct, easy access to executives Experienced team, mature company Numerous "rock star" IP professionals to apprentice with and learn from. Respected platform in a tight-knit industry. Business model is amazingly aligned with customer goals compared to most IP services. Business very transactional.

      Cons

      "IP as an asset class." If you don't know what that means, you may not relate to people here. If you don't like or understand patents you won't like it here. Some of the team merely "vesting in peace." Can be perceived as "clique-y" but remember, when Luke asked, "What's in there?" Yoda said "Only what you take with you." Business very transactional.

      -Nature of work is interesting -Culture is a little dry but has pockets of warm kind people who fun to work with. There is a collective effort to maintain an enjoyable working environment -Decent pay -Flexible work-life

      -Very niche market -Vulnerable to AI -Conflicted business model -Disconnected ops
