I feel the organisation moves to a larger path the way the employees are treated and Rplanx has made sure to remain co operative with the employees here. They work by the motto that the organisation exist and earns the credit only due to the employees. They make it every way possible to make the working environment better and better. The work culture is awesome and you will not feel that you are working as an employee but as a family you are working towards a common goal. There is a flexibility in the working hours and the HR policies are fair. The Management is extremely accommodating and approachable. There is a genuine bond in between the management and the employees where freedom for creativity and any ideas that you think can be implemented on the project is accepted. Here you can get a huge chance to grow as working in Rplanx has made me belief that simply being perfect and knowing everything is not a boon but make an effort to learn a bit from everyone to achieve the success in the work. Another important thing which i really appreciate is that they don't use the term employee's here but our "team". So I am very happy and elated to be working in a team and for an organisation which does not believe in hierarchy but simply as a team whose goal remains the same. Fun activities are a common part in Rplanx. No occasion goes by without having a brief celebration of it. The management always makes sure that by indulging the team in fun activities, it can help them to relax their mind by diverting and creating a cheerful environment. My working experience in Rplanx has been brilliant and I wish it grows more in coming times.
