- Pay is good especially for students - Benefits are great (health and dental) - Lots of potential for growth

- With a casual position, you are on call which makes your hours random which can be inconvenient at times, but there is the ability to apply for permanent positions with set hours - Also, with a casual position you may get called to work as early as 6:30 in the morning which can be tough if you went to sleep late
