Not recommended - Engineer RS2 Software Employee Review

I enjoyed working at RS2 because it provided opportunities to manage a significant portfolio of enterprise clients and contribute directly to the company's growth. The role allowed me to apply your expertise in account management, customer success, and strategic planning. The ability to identify and cultivate upsell opportunities, drive customer adoption of products, and consult as a subject matter expert likely aligned well with my professional goals. Additionally, the opportunity to lead projects, track incidents to resolution, and ensure compliance with audit requirements gave me a sense of accomplishment and fulfillment in your role.

It was VERY hard to work with the Malta team. They didn't make time for the U.S. and were not very transparent with future projects/business plans.
