Everyone works from home, so you can create a space that's perfect for you and conducive to how you work. The managers are experienced and professional, but are also good at maintaining a relaxed environment, really creating an RSC family. I honestly am impressed every time I work with my colleagues at how intelligent everyone is and their dedication to making the RSC family one to which I want to return. Everyone has been understanding of time constraints and schedules. There is room to challenge yourself and grow, but as you are ready. Honesty is one of the core values here at RSC, and it shows!

Communication can be difficult since it is a virtual company, and if there are problems with email or other communication methods, things can be put on hold while you're waiting for answer. As the company grows and picks up pace, we get quite busy and some minor projects tend to fall through the cracks, but nothing that has affected our clients. Since we all have different work and communication styles, sometimes some of those working on a project will want to move faster than others, and communication gets muddled.

Great team that values quality and transparency. They are always ready to jump in and solve any problem.
