Pros

Great Benefits, Pay Good, Good hours

Cons

Training and onboarding were minimal, which made it difficult to succeed early on. Mistakes weren’t treated as learning opportunities, and there was little meaningful feedback provided. It felt like expectations were high from day one, but the support structure didn’t match. At times, internal communication from leadership and HR came across as unprofessional, particularly when discussing negatively about coworkers or former employees, which felt highly unprofessional and toxic. This kind of environment can erode trust and morale quickly. My departure from the company felt impersonal and abrupt. The termination process lacked empathy, and I didn’t feel like I was treated with dignity, despite no record of misconduct or policy issues.

Pros

Benefits are good, pay is decent, people are great.

Cons

The disclaimer to this review is that many departments seem to be happy and functional so this is mainly applicable to the HR department. From my first day, I received virtually no onboarding or training, yet I was repeatedly held accountable for expectations that were never clearly communicated. Communication from management was inconsistent and often reactive, with feedback only coming after something had been done "incorrectly" according to standards that had never been explained. A workplace cannot expect success while withholding the tools, guidance, and clarity employees need to perform effectively. If you value structured training, clear expectations, and supportive leadership, you may want to look elsewhere. Multiple people who have taken this role have been terminated before reaching the end of their probationary period- a fact I know from all the bad mouthing this manager likes to do about former and current employees.
