Pros
It's a great place to work if you dislike any semblance of family time or free time .
Good money. Good coworkers. That's about it though.
Cons
Everything about this company sucks.
You work 19 days straight for 2 days off. Average of 64 hours a week.
Get very little vacation time, no sick days either. Benefits are garbage.
Management is literally out to get you. They think it's hilarious and are all sad, angry people. Will write you up or talk down to you for any reason they can find. Will constantly treat you poorly. There's at least one on every shift.
No opportunity to move up, they don't take any apprenticeships. Only way to become manager is to screw over coworkers and be a generally terrible person. Anyone with an ounce of moral fiber laughs at the notion of being a supervisor.
Company does not care about you, or your family. In fact, I would go as far to say that they have ill intentions towards your general well being. Not even exaggerating here.
