Creative work only for a select few - Project Interior Designer RSP Architects Employee Review

Old school corporate environment, the top of the company and board is male dominated. A lot of projects are established program roll-outs and monotonous, or as the AOR on a project that already has a design architect. The few creative projects go to the same select people and offices and are more architecturally focused than interior design scope. It's easy to get isolated on a team and forgotten about and there is no promotion structure or career path offered other than a subjective political process.
