Pros
As a former senior advisor, I had the privilege and opportunity to know the firm, its founder and chief executive officer, and the executive team. My general assessment was overall positive. The firm continues to produce quality clients and sustainable relationships. As long as executive search is viable, RSR Partners will grow and become a partner of choice to companies in the market for high quality executive talent.
Cons
A challenge, from my perspective, was the integration and alignment of the managing directors with support staff and among each other. Collaboration and honoring agreements between each other seemed to me an on-going issue. This seems to be the nature of the search business.
