Toxic Work Environment - Anonymous employee RST Global Solutions Employee Review

Exactly what the title of my review says. RST Global excels at training and support. You’re given everything you need to succeed at your job, so if you can’t make it work you really have no one to blame but yourself.

None that I’ve noticed yet. But if the “cons” of a company take a while to show up, that seems to be a pretty good sign they know what they’re doing.

Flexable Hours Nothing Else Absolutley Nothing Else Terrible Work Environment None

Expected to work 24/7 including all weekends - was unable to have any sort of a personal life. Constantly called to work in early morning hours (1am-5am) - even on the weekends. No compensation for any overtime. Spoken to (mostly yelled at) with complete disrespect. Extreamly unprofessional management, who would berate their employees in front of entire team on a daily basis. Treated all employees like trash. Benefits were terrible. Even if you took a vacation day, you were still expected to work.
