      No Pros. From CHRO to Plant Head - All just are here to satisfy their EGO's.

      Cons

      Seniors has made this place as circus. All person interested to save his job by doing buttering to seniors. No one cares about work & company's profitability & growth. HR Department is filled with non-professionals.
