Pros
Great office atmosphere - small office size so you're able to actually get to know your co-workers. Company really tries to invest in the well-being and satisfaction of its employees and offers tons of outings and fun things to do with co-workers. You get to work on a variety of projects so it's not the same thing every day. Flexible scheduling when needed, and I've never felt like anyone was micromanaging my schedule. Offers pretty decent benefits, compensation, and annual bonuses. Almost everyone "wears many hats" in their position which gives you a wider variety of experience (Pro if you're the type of person who sees that as a good thing, Con if not)
Cons
To really thrive at this company you have to be a proactive go getter - there is not a lot of hand holding. Resource allocation seems to be lacking quite a bit for back office or overhead positions. At times communication across offices has lacked with some larger company initiatives.
