Pros
The company culture is great, family oriented with great flexibility and fair pay. The employees openly collaborate and share experiences and ideas to deliver a better final product to the client. Adequate training is provided for all new hires and the collaborative efforts of senior designers set new hires up for success. Motivated individuals can make a very good living.
Cons
Variance in work volume and a sometimes difficult client. Scopes of work increase with no client concessions of turnaround times and compensation.
