Many of the programs are being relocated to their TX, MS plants due to cost Reorganizations occur often Sometimes Reduction in Force (RIF) occurs covertly, where Section Managers are not notified, even when their section members are impacted Sometimes RIF counts are low to avoid having to abide by the WARN law in CA Some managers can "blackball" employees to force them to quit and still stay within legal bounds
