Pros
The quality of the people who work there to earn a living. They are more down to earth and willing to help you out in a pinch. Also the work can be rather challanging at times ( if you get assigned to the right programs).
Cons
Nepotism, favoritism and worst of all, the ass kissers. Very tough to avoid. It stiffles growth and creates lots of tension within departments. Hard to work around and puts a tremenous burden on the real quality people. Everyone knows who they are and how they got to be where they are today. Just a very large company that has grown way to big for its own good.
