Pros
The people who I have worked with are an exceptional bunch and cordial in terms of interaction. The pay is decent and, coming from a teaching background over a number of years, decent is good to me. There is also the 4X80 schedule, that is also good (maybe indispensable).
Cons
No real cons outside of the fact that at one time I was led to believe that my yearly performance review would lead to a bonus substantially more than what I received. My first performance review was over a 6 month period and I received (about) an additional $40 dollars per pay check. I worked a full year that next year and received the same amount. I'm thankful however. No complaints.
