Pros
Great work colleagues, made and still have a lot of friends there, interesting place to work, environment changes over time, good work/life balance, decent salary.
Cons
Not too many but lack of career progression when you reach a particular point. Serious lack of investment due to budget constraints, many projects put on hold making it somewhat frustrating at times.
