Pros
This place had serious potential. The CEO is brilliant, has his finger on the pulse of the genetics world and is personable. The employees are the only factor that make this place bearable. Most are hardworking and have potential, until the slap of low morale gets to them.
Cons
The COO is greedy, fraudulent and blind to how to properly run a business. A short conversation with him will reveal his lack of reality. Clients are repeatedly lied to and employees are left to pick up the pieces. "Make it work" is used all too often without the proper staffing, work space or training. Management? Where are you? Pretty much non-existent.
