      Pros

      Ruosh is a premium brand. And also it's a Bangalore base company, own by Sara suole pvt ltd which is a manufacturer of 14 international brands. And is completely to leather product and is a footwear brand.

      Cons

      The organization does not trust there team. And without letting the staff know change the incentive plans.

      Pros

      Premium brand Training for front end team Better opportunities in market after Ruosh.

      Cons

      They never trust front end. Product quality has destroyed to its worst. Not a employee friendly company They want you spend from your pocket and work and never reimburse your expenses The new management is famous for bringing his own team and then replace in every six months. That's why the attrition rate is too high.
