Pros
-Great communication and leadership from AM -Client Flow is great -Good teamwork -Great Training in London -see myself working long term here -great location especially with Manchester currently growing and attracting more people
Cons
-Expensive travel to London hinders the amount of classes I’d love to attend -Salon Space Downstairs has deterred some stylists from staying due to the mould and the area in need of repair and attention. -main Salon space is about to get lights redone which is amazing 🤩, but salon does need a little overhaul if salon is staying at its current location long term
