Pros

Ability to balance home and work easily. Convenience of working from home. Some of management are very helpful and willing to teach, where others have dropped the ball.

Cons

No raises at all, even for time put in, let alone for great performance. Unrealistic expectations for the area the community was in. No support from management in dangerous situations. Very little training getting started. Company only seems interested in making money, not in keeping great employees who work very hard.

Pros

So many exciting changes taking place in 2018 - new leadership in most areas, new systems, more resources. This company is moving in the right direction by empowering and motivating people to be their best. Growth plan is fast and exciting. Be ready for a fun ride but make sure you want to be part of a changing environment. You definitely want to be someone who likes to look for different and better ways to get work done - they are focused on improving processes for efficiency but with higher quality. Successful people at RVH are people who can drive positive change and provide great service.

Cons

Haven’t seen any yet - all of the organizational changes have been great to see. They are investing in great people.

Pros

Flexible work hours that is the only pro!!!!

Cons

Crap pay, bad management, don't expect to be valued, as they will treat you like your dirt, don't expect to get a raise even if you bust your butt and are reliable, they would rather have a theiving drug addict who steels from them work for a little of nothing (for a few weeks because that's how long they last) but by this time they have stole almost all the tools and construction supplies and it costs them a lot more anyway and the next guy has to suffer from this as he doesn't have the proper tools to do his job and who wants to supply their own tools for 10 bucks a hour for real! If I could rate this company a zero I would it's pathetic
